Workshop for every musician and singer, with special applications in the accordion technique
Coordinator: Stelios Katsatsidis
The Alexander Technique aims to help the musician manage his/her energy more constructively. Familiarity with
the principles of the Technique and their application on a daily basis lead to the creation of a clearer picture
of the state of the body with a significant effect on the quality of the practice. Participants will get to know
the basic principles of the Technique through introductory activities and live examples, while there will be
more specific reports on the application of the Technique on the Accordion.
The seminar is open to accordionists and other musicians of any level.
